How much can I borrow?
As long as you have enough equity in a property - we can lend as much as you need. Our minimum lend is $50,000.
How quickly can I get the funds?
We can settle within 48 hours, as long as you get all the required paperwork to us.
How long are the loans for?
Loans normally are for 3-12 months. Most customers are looking for a quick solution to a particular funding problem - and then look for longer term refinancing options.
How much equity do I need in my property?
We normally lend to 80% of the value of the property - assuming it is a metro area property.
Do you lend in all areas of Australia?
YES!
Do you lend on Commercial property and Land?
Yes we lend on both.
Do you do 1st and 2nd mortgages?
Yes we do both. So if you have a property with no current mortgage - then we can lend a 1st mortgage on this, or if you have a current mortgage, we would lend a 2nd mortgage.
